Kaffi Duus

Kaffi Duus is a lovely coffee house and restaurant located at the old Duus houses near the marina. It offers excellent views over the harbour, the North Atlantic Ocean, and the surrounding mountains. Kaffi Duus opened in 1998 and started out as a small coffee house offering light refreshments but has since then grown immensely. Today it has the capacity to accommodate up to 270 guests in three different seating areas and is, therefore, ideal for large groups.

Kaffi Duus offers guests a varied menu that is reasonably priced. They have a lunch special every weekday from 12-2 pm that includes soup, meat and fish courses, and coffee. Their ‘A la carte’ menu is available during evenings. Whether you want a light dinner or go for a whole three-course meal, Kaffi Duus makes sure there is something for everyone. Kvótakóngurinn. The best thing about this option is you can get many times and it’s never the same. It’s a variety of 3-4 seafood dishes that the chef prepares for you and is served with roasted vegetables and 3 different sauces. It’s ideal for sharing and adds a bit of fun and excitement to the experience as you don’t know what you’ll get until it arrives at your table. You can be sure to not be disappointed, though!
