Meals here were fantastic. The daily breakfasts were a beautiful array of meats, cheeses, breads and sweets, yogurt, muesli, fruit, the traditionally Icelandic tomatoes and cucumbers, homemade jams (that you can purchase!), coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Plus we ate one dinner here…fresh soup, bread and pesto starter, a delicious ricotta and spinach pasta, delicate salad greens. The portions are right on and everything seems just so fresh! For dessert we had ice cream made on the farm just up the road: caramel, blueberry and rhubarb sorbet. Do spend at least one dinner here.
